Welcome to my web site and thanks for stopping in. Be advised there are two seperate listing sections on this site now. The newest is "For Sale by Owners". I'm allowing them to use my site to advertise their properties. In exchange if a Buyers asks me to show them the property and represent them I will ask for a commission. This fee is not set and will be decided by the Sellers and myself prior to any showings.
